Disappearing 9 Patch

Sewing the First Step

This week I started on the disappearing 9 patch quilt. I had cut out the squares on week two, so I finished trimming them then pinned them in strips. Each strip has three squares, and each larger block has three strips.

After sewing together the strips, I pinned and stitched the main blocks.

After everything was stitched together, I ironed the seams and got ready for the next step of trimming.
